That darn wind! I can work outside in the heat and the cold but the wind absolutely ruins everything for me. I get ear aches and sometimes a headache, I get wind burn very easily on my face too. I hope tomorrow doesn’t have wind for you. It was quite lovely here today! I worked outside for a while and got a bunch of my shrubs cleaned out. They always get a lot of leaves and old grass around the bottoms from the wind blowing everything in them. I’ll continue to clear things out tomorrow after seeing Johns dad. He was pretty good today when I saw him. I took him a Tim Hortons smile cookie and he was happy with it. We chatted and then I told him to shave because he’s looking kinda scruffy and to do his walk and try the stairs with the therapy ladies. Hopefully he’s going to be coming home soon.

Good evening Pat I hope you have had a good day I hope you did have a warmer day.  It was still windy here all day but it felt warmer than yesterday.  I ended up with my garden furniture in the kitchen last night because of the wind, it is now back in the garage.  I walked Pippin this morning and then I went to Tesco for the usual essentials and I also bought a cooked chicken and some fresh veggies.  This afternoon I put a new automatic window opener in my greenhouse, so pleased I could so that myself.  My security light has died though so will need to be replaced, I will have to get an electrician round to do that.  You got a lot done yesterday, I hope you have had a more restful day today.  I have flower arranging in the morning, just a tidy up this week.  Enjoy art club tomorrow, sleep well.
