I was very happy to see your message! I’m sad for you that your blood pressure is still out of sorts though, low BP is as bad as high! Hopefully you remember not to stand up too quickly, my son has problems with that and will get very dizzy sometimes on the verge of passing out, he has to stand up carefully especially in the mornings. They told him to eat a handful of potato chips just before bed to help regulate it so when he woke up it wouldn’t have plummeted over night. Haha, can you imagine a dr telling you to eat junk food before bed? Sometimes they have the strangest ideas and sometimes they help.
