I have to get up shortly (it's not quite 5am Friday) to begin cooking for our Matariki lunch time meal with our neighbours. These lovely ladies are from Singapore, and they moved in about 2 months ago. We kept planning a get together and one thing or another would happen...but, today IS the day 🥰

I can't wait to help warm their home and to celebrate Matariki to bring in the Māori New Year 🎉

Sharing a meal is always a great way to form relationships...x

Mouse ty and thanks for spotting my hedgie. All necessary jobs done now and it’s boiling hot. Me and the pooch are in the lounge. X

Sugar Foot (Eastern Oregon) watered the Aureus Primus, and spotted a White Mouse feeding on the Bird Mix!

Bob out at 7, then B&M and Lidl for opening time at 8. Back home for breakfast and now going to make a coffee and do my essential jobs. Def. not going out again until Bob’s second walk. I take him to the park in the dog buggy, then let him off under the shade of the trees. X
