Oh my goodness Pat! If I was near you I’d rush over to look after you. I’m so sorry that’s happened to you! How absolutely dreadful! Rest and tiny, easy to digest foods will be what you need now and make sure you stay hydrated. I’m not 100% sure but dairy products might make you sick for a while now too as this may have stripped a lot of the good bacteria from your digestive system and may cause you to have some lactose intolerance issues. You poor Dear, you’ve certainly had a tough time of it so make sure you take the dr’s advice and call an ambulance if you’re feeling poorly again. My sincerest get well wishes go to you. ❤️
