Good morning Pat.  Just come back from having a xray at the Walkin Centre. In and out in 15 mins. Results in 10 days. She said she could see bruising, I couldn't  on my ankle but I have no pain there. I have in that toe I broke 60 years ago. So don't know what the swelling is...mystery xx

Hope your headache has cleared now. I love being out in the garden, can always find something to do. I’m sick of being indoors day in day out. And if I sit for any length of time I am so stiff. Better if I can keep moving. Hope your day goes well whatever you are up to x
