You do more car maintenance than I do these days. I used to do most of my own fluids checking etc but now I just take it in to the garage when I get an oil change. We’re putting the gate on the new pen today and after just a few little tweaks it’ll be ready for the ones that have been locked in that new coop. They won’t go out in it I’m sure, it’s too snowy but at least they’ll have the option. 
It’s too bad but understandable that they changed your appointment, all the waiting is so stressful. Enjoy your evening!
