Looks like a nice day, little chill this morning but yesterday was beautiful.  Bert has a hair cut  so I think I am going to walk along the water after work. Then pick up a pizza. 
Well another unthinkable thing has happened here. Yesterday at dinner they put up an alert, active shooter.  Then watching the news they said it was over. 2 hrs later they broke into tv again and said that 10 were dead. 2 at a house, 6 at a school and the shooter dead. Can't believe my country is turning  into what is normal in the country next to us. The shooter is a woman and it a northing small town. 25 injured and they only have like 5 RCMP cops. I'm sure my neice who lives up that way  had to see her cop husband go . Very sad .😪

Slept good but my back and shoulder hurts. Will take a pill to help me today. I took my mag pill 2 hrs before bed. Nice your getting  8hrs ,  wow!!!

Mummy got a discussion next, she had one booked half 9, got all ready then remembered she'd moved it to another day hahaha so she listed 3 pairs of jeans on ebay, she'd bought new for last years holiday but never even opened the wrapping and they'll be too big now. She just sold another blouse too ! Decided last night the office chair isnt comfy and its too heavy so thats going, will list that free locally but does have cat scratching on it !

Good Morning Aunty Chris xx sunshine and showers here and very blowy so I'm hibernating today and eating chocolate hehe. Daddy slept loads better last night, hardly coughed so that was good. Mummy heard Bella trying to wake him up 3am and so she went to the loo, Buddy was about and she thought here we go but no he went off didn't disturb Daddy at all
