Mummy didn't want the 30min one as she'd said for nurse after 2pm and would have been past that. But then the nurse never came ! Daddy has just put the steroid on and moisturised her legs. When you put the wraps on you measure between 2 lines to get the right compression. Use like a drinks coaster card, so she's bought a bendy ruler for Daddy to cut down and use that as the measure as cardboard won't last long.
