Good Morning Joan, not feeling to good, I had a bad fall yesterday in my living room, one minute I was standing up, the next minute I did perfect pirouette and fell hard on to my knees. Even though I have carpet in my lounge I cut my knees. It shook me up some what. I've stopped the bleeding, but when I go for my bloods next week, I'll mention it to the receptionist. It could have been so much worse, so I count my blessings. All my love and gentle hugz xxx
