Stayed pretty cool here today there’s an easterly breeze, this time of year keeps temps down , we are outside the red zone , so should stay cool, and you ? Dad is ok Thank you, I checked in at 5pm he sits in his back garden which from noon is in the shade but he will stay inside and keep cool and he will go shower twice a day he has his stoma and likes to keep fresh, hope you enjoy a nice walk later with LL in the evening cooler air Rowan xx
