Hi Rowan,
Physio went ok , Invited to go to classes and join the Gym ! 😵‍💫 I told her No, I felt  she was text book mimicking ? I have 2 doable exercises  to do here, back in 6 weeks But as of today my chances of having a knee op anytime soon won’t happen, trying to get to see a consultant is my next goal I’ll do my exercises like a good girl 🫢🤣 and work my way through Channels,,,,,,, have alovely lazy day Rowan xx
