🌷🌹💧 Hi Sue ty for spotting, im hoping to go into homebyers in the next couple weeks to start working on the house build, I am trying to hold off on starting the build till after 1st Jan next year, as the covernant of the estate im building in finishes 31st dec this year so i wont have any building restrictions or need to go through the developer first, apparently he is a real nasty peace and has delayed some of the builds here by 2 years!! when i spoke to homebuyers they told me they would need 3 to 5 months to do all the necessary things like soil testing plans etc anyway and once they start building it should take 6 to 8 months and im in.. so hoping by Christmas next year we in our new home :) xx
