Oh that was nice of them to send a card, our vets have done that in the past also. Its a hard one sending an email to them, cause most vets doctors whatever medical profession, usually only does what is asked of them in an appointment. But you would think if they noticed anything wrong the should have told you or rang you and discussed it and get permission to investigate it, whilst the pey was in the clinic. I guess it would be a way to protect themselves from being sued. If that makes sense.
