Thats would explain why the bills were so high, i know of the wall plug in heated blankets, never heard of a usb one. we get pretty cold down here when it does get cold, we get icy like Ballarat and we had snow falling a couple times since living in this town. we are in the middle of Geelong and Ballarat close to Mt Buninyong also only 25 minutes from there. I loved the wood heater but wood is so expensive to just burn for warmth.  Yeah the split systems are a lot better now but i still would not have it running all day. xx
