The otways is really bad, The fires near us are still out of control, nothing is under control as yet. and we are constantly getting Vicemergency alerts. the phone doesnt stop. Then the pagers go off with messages for us looking for swap over shift crews.
We are in a better position within our township tonight, but we keep get small fires starting from the main one that started yesterday and the wind doesn't help it. We aren't out of the woods yet until it is completely out.
Mum mum gets grumpy to when we try to help lol, they like their independence don't they.
Has the council sent out the arborists yet? I thought they were sending someone out to check the tree for you.
