Im sure you'll find a blind, do you mean like a roller blind on the inside of your window? I hope the doc does, Panadol does nothing!! ive gone 2 days no pain meds except panadol Im eating a small tub of pear now before i go to bed. xx

i have a remote control pedestal fan in my room with a timer on it :) i can have it on all night or if im hot and cant fall asleep i set the timer for an hour and it turns of while im asleep :)

good night visit, we may not sprinkle if nothing is due.💦🌷 🌛   Yeah portable ones are good also, or a pedestal fan. Good you wear gloves, and at least you know the other units have the same problem with the ants, I just had a nice hot shower to help ease tonight's pain, i couldn't even sit after a few trips to the loo!! I hope the doc can do something for pain and relax the mussels a little for when i need to go..
