good night visit, we may not sprinkle if nothing is due.💦🌷 🌛 Hi Kathy, days been crap ive been crook most of the day, Doc put me on a muscle relaxant for my shoulder, neck etc, took one about 7.45pm last night and it wasn't doing anything, took another around 11.30 thinking its over 3 hours since the first one and OMG it knocked me out something shocking, and hasn't helped with the pain at all.. Jess had to wake me at 8.20 this morning, and i felt so ill. Lesson learnt i won't do that ever again.
Had to get up shower, and then went straight back to bed, slept till Jess and mum got home around 1pm.
Not sure if other builders do that its in my contract i get 220 a week for the time they are over the 280 days.Hope your day was better than mine, i will be heading to bed soon im so tired! ..🥰😘💤
