I just had my last bit of fruit for the day, got my stuff ready for bed.. I dont usually read the side effects of new meds, and dont like starting new stuff either but im getting desperate here now, i cannot live like this, the pins and needles aren't just a few times a day its all day/night. if im doing physical stuff no problem as soon as i relax the arm whether its hanging, or resting on the table they start. and its been ongoing for a couple months now.. 
Your welcome re spot, and personally i dont think they would stay warm very long as soon as the charge is used it would get cooler quicker. google  did say 1 to 6 hours but mostly 1. to 2 hours depends on the settings you use. . xxx Now im heading to bed xxx night night xx💤😘🥰
