🌷🌹💧 Hi Kathy, my day has been fantastic thanks, Septic permit come through just after lunch today after a nice phone call from me and i was nice, didnt loose my cool. then sent that off to builder she put the building permit through that come through with some force from the builder lol, then i had  the final contract come through signed and sent back!! ground work will commence in 2 weeks maybe sooner woohoo..
