i should hope you wont unpack everything in a day, but you would still probably want to get your bed put together etc

I havent put the application in yet, as the ones buying my place are yet to sign!! i rang my agent this afternoon and asked what is going on as ive heard nothing since thursday night, except a text i got on Monday to ask me if the solar panels are paid off!! He said he would get onto the conveyancer, so they emailed me with a couple of conditions i needed to agree to.. One was clear all the hard rubbish that was thrown in valley near our fdam, that Kurt had thrown in there and wanted to cover it all with landfill!! which never took place!! so now i have to try find someone with a excavator and see if they can lift all that stuff out and load it onto a trailer straightway, another stupid idea from kurt that i now have to fork out more money to get removed!! the other was if i gave them permission to put a application permit in to council for them to build a shed.. so i have agreed to both terms so hopefully things will move now!! they have paid the deposit apparently! i will drop the forms of to agent tomorrow and just explain the slow communication from the conveyancer to me!! the palace wont be available till at least the 3rd of september.. and so long as i don't sign the lease yet i will be ok if i get accepted by the owner of the house that is!!

Hi Kathy, days been ok, glad your brother has offered to help you with packing/moving. I guess get a removalist truck in for the heavy stuff might be ok. at least i guess with a truck or van it can be all loaded and you wait at your place and can start unpacking as it arrives. would be to hard and heavy to do on your own. 🥰😘💕🌹
