Morning Kathy, yeah for the inspection. Never used to have them when Kurt and i first rented 40 years ago, and it makes me very nervous to be honest.. at least Jess or myself will be home Friday when they come unless they cancel it again and change the day..Dreading when the guy comes this morning to do the valuation.. I just hope they aren't putting it on the market! But i am on a lease till end of September!
