🌷🌹💧 Hi Kathy, feel ok, had a nap on the couch with the wood heater going :) Then got a call from the agent, a couple that were here on Saturday morning are so keen they want to bring family out this Thursday 5pm, he wants then to see sunsetting etc and start negotiating price, and make them aware there is a open house this Saturday 12.30, see if we can get a price from them prior to open house. I was given a St Joseph small statue from Jess old boss She is Italian background, and she told me to plant that upside down near the for sale sign  when it goes up with the statue facing the house, the sign went up today and i just planted the statue upside down facing the house as instructed fingers crossed. xxx Hope you stayed warm and had a good day 😘💜🥰
