yeah i wouldn't take 2 things together,  Ive read up that Melatonin is mire about adjusting your body clock, and the magnesium is more to relax muscles and calm the busy brain. I prefer not to take anything but sometime you have to when you got bed and the brain doesn't shut off, and restless legs wheich i get also. xx

3??!! That's amazing that you were able to!!! Omg.  But yes, I feel like that's literally how it goes. Want so many and never use! I made 4 mice vases because I love them so much! I think I used 1, once 😂🤦🏼‍♀️ I wish we could get vases made how we want. Buildable vases like snowmen or something. Change parts and colors. I wish I wish

Yeah he goes back next week i think, so ill be early every morning up early again as he is up 6.30, leave 7am and gets home just before 6pm. so ill make the most of my Saturday and Sunday sleeping in hopefully.. I started taking Magnesium today for during the day, and tomorrow ill start with the magnesium sleeping tablet Doc said i will be fine taking them with my current meds.
