worm thanks Kathy, Novemeber december, once we have done all the gallery pics they get added to the final drawings and ground work can then start 8 to 10 weeks from that.. Hoping its sooner though. they pushed it out from March to April may now! but they have 280 days to get house built thats with 50 days of any expected delays or public holidays if not they have to pay me 220 a week for every week behind they are...
