Yeah there's 5 stages he went to the block yesterday to do first inspection, but because the first part of the slab isn't finished he has to go back next week.
First one is Pre pour/steel inspection
2nd is the frame
3rd lock up stage
4th fix up stage
5th is final/PCI (practical completion inspection)
then the builder can apply for the occupancy certificate once thats all ticked off and i get the keys upto 6 weeks later. xxx
