Yeah Phil was so angry at himself i said dont stress im grateful that i have someone that can fix those sorts of things for me and wont take anything for it.. Ill get him a bottle of his favorite scotch or whiskey that he drinks eventually :)
Thanks you have much nicer pots but you work hard for yours i don't :) Easy to fall asleep when watching tv not matter if its sport or a movie :) Im off to bed now, i am going to mums early then have a call to make to my conveyancer, to see if they think im ok to put an offer in tomorrow for the block of land, if they say go for it, I will go down to Frances place and get ring that agent and put an offer in :) xx
