Hello Lorraine xx How did you get on at the opticians? So disappointing after having your eyes done. I saw the hip specialist Wednesday a Mr Kelly and was a lovely guy. He said I could have a hip replacement but there are a lot of risks. He had me lie down and see how my knees worked with the hip and then made my sticks longer, said I have to walk taller as that will help me strengthen but will hurt ! Wants me to go swimming and walk a few lengths so will do that. Im seeing him again in 6 months and see how im doing then. Have bought a ceiling fan that fits into the light fitting, its an absolute god send this week ! xx
