Hello Ed, that is great news about Evelyn! I had a feeling that her going AWOL had something to do with her moving. Although like you I was worried. When she finally gets back to F/L I will request a friendship on FB. Visited Mum today. She looks so frail. Not like she looked 6 months ago. 2 of her friends passed away last week and she started to say, "Things always go in 3's." I stopped her. "Mum I don't want to think about it!" What I really should have asked is how she feels about possibly being the 3rd. That important, but difficult discussion about what her wishes are for after....? Even when Brian was dying I could not bring myself to talk about it with him. Hopefully I will be braver on my next visit to Mum.

Good morning splash-- It is sunny but cool but good thing is none of the frost we were warned about. Thats good to have someone else there to help set up the hearing aid--not as much flack sometimes when a different person is there. How to you st it up(just by what the person hears???) because mine were set up in the soundproof booth.. The new treshold into the hallway it great-- flat,level--so not trying to lift the walker when I have stuff on it--just walk in --so that is one improvement that is a bonus for me. Hope you can have a great day and the setting up of the hearing aides goes well

Hello Ed, dinner now done. It was a frozen Chicken Kiev with mash and veggies. I did sit outside for awhile listening to the surf but when night fell I went back inside and the cats followed. I am going to Mum's tomorrow. Hayley getting a new puppy? I loved my dogs, Buster and Miss Cash, however I do not intend getting another one. Hard enough with the cats. I did think that Mungo, cat,  would be my last pet, however my friend Lynne gifted? me Mindy. And she is much younger than Mungo. Oh well, Mindy has wormed her way into my heart. Both Mungo and Mindy wish that they were my only cat. They do not like each other. Almost my bedtime. Enjoy your day!
