Morning splash-- a little grey looking but I do see a little bit of sun so maybe a nice day. I am up early as I am off to see the doctor at the hospital and I have a feeling he will not be happy as the wound on my leg looks about the same. I definately are not going for more surgery and as for tests I am not too keen on them either. We aare at -16 this morning so I don't think any flowers will be sticking their head up here. Have a good day--supposed to do the heating stuff today but maybe mine will have to wait.

Hello Ed, we are having a quiet day at home. Thunderstorm earlier and lots of rain. I do fall asleep hearing the surf, however it is better in the back bedroom. Plumber came back today to measure the shower recess again as he told me that they no longer make recesses as small as mine. He also pointed out that I should get a larger recess because one day I might need to put a shower chair in there. Fair point. So now awaiting his quote. Enjoy your day.

Morning splash-- It is a little gloomy and overcast this morning but thats fine as I have a lot of catching up to do thanks to the olympics. I never watched the hockey and I didn't watch the closing either-- the little bit I did see was too much for me. Glad your toys went over well and you never broke anything.Now the furniture is moved I can see  where the broom is needed and they will be here tomorrow to do the job. Have a good walk to town

Hello ED, I am glad that you had a great time at Natasha's. Lynne and I had a wonderful time at Tom Katz. The band as great. They played all 60's music. We even met a younger lady who is actually teaching GoGo dancing here! Lynne got her card and then sent photos of us to her. She was impressed meeting two former dancers as she gets all of her info on line. This morning I introduced Lynne to the Monday Morning Coffee Club and this afternoon she met my friends at the OP shop. She now wants to move here! Enjoy your day.

splashed-- singing bush lark ty. I am not watching the hockey as was trying to do the laundry and kept get up dates as people came and went. I am very annoyed--put the dryer on high(I had heard they were not drying properly) and that didn't even help as I now have laundry on the back of chairs in front of the heat all over the place. Some of it is a wet as when it went in. We can only phone the company that has the washers and dryers on weekdays between 9 &5 and everything should be done by then.nowing quite heavy and accumulating so good thing I can't go out. Now to see if I can get something done without going backwards, I still have to figure out meals and I am afraid I will run out of steam soon. An afternoon nap but don't want to miss the afternoon sports. Watched golf but not a lot of names I knew or the ones I did were not going well. Enjoy   your day with the kids!!
