Hello ED, my Dad's resting place is in Mum's wardrobe. She also has her parent's in there. We really should scatter my Grandparent's ashes. Just not sure where? I must ask Mum where she would like us to scatter her ashes with Dad's. I have Brian's ashes here and perhaps I should send them to his daughter? She lives in Brisbane where Brian grew up and met her mother. I know where I want mine scattered when the time comes. Here at the beach. Morbid subject. Last night Terase invited me to go on a boat trip today to spot whales. I declined due to the predicted rain. I am glad that I did as it has rained steadily all day. Having declined that excursion I couldn't decline her next offer to take me to a hotel in Sorrento on Sunday to see some live music. So that is what I will be doing tomorrow. Given the constant rain today I think that I will settle and do some knitting whilst watching a bit of TV. Enjoy your day.

Hello Ed, what a funny story about your wedding day. I am now home from my dinner out with Terase and Melanie. We had a great night. Terase and I will be going to Sorrento on Sunday to see a local band. I am tired now and will soon be in bed with a book. Enjoy your day.

Hello ED, TY for the Pygmy mouse. I ended up watching a few episodes of the Golden Girls on my lap top last night. This morning I went back to the WW2 book. I worked at he Op shop this afternoon and was quite amazed at how many items have been sold. I guess that people are coming into the shop because it is too cold to go to the beach. Like you I am angry / sad about what is going on in Gaza. Speaking of making your blood boil. That is a great idea re. vinegar on the weeds. Also boiling water works in driveways between the stones. I am off to dinner tonight again with Terase and her daughter. Catch you later.

Hello Ed, I really felt for you saying that to Tracey on the way to the church. And time as they say..... Meanwhile I made a yummy dinner and cooked far too much. So I have a meal or 2 for the next few days. Spent the afternoon knitting and then had to pull it all out as I had made an error reading the pattern. OH WELL. The news on the TV is depressing me and I can't be bothered with anymore  TV so I will soon snuggle down with a book although that is also sad. Set in WW2 in a concentration camp based on a true story. I did get a new Richard Osman book the other day from the Op shop. Again set in a retirement village. Another set of characters. Another murder mystery. I am thinking to start reading that to lighten my mood. Funny thinking that murder mysteries can lighten your mood. However Osman creates such quirky characters. I am hoping that it will be as light and funny as The Thursday Murder Club books where. Ant sign of your book from they Library?
