Morning splash--It is all white out there but the roads all seem to be bare. It has covered everything with a nice little layer but not overly much. The hunters are all back to work until the weekend when they will go out with the bows again--I think they like the snow on the ground as it shows if any deer are present and its easier for tracking. Yes I turned on the golf and it wasfrom Dubai--some very familiar names--think MacIroy was playing too. A quiet day for me today--did go out for a quick shop for groceries with daughter and SIL but I just went around the outside aisles and they trotted down the others for things I wanted. I am now set with everything I might need  so now the snow is here I don't have to try to shop. But tomorrow I am off up to the hospital to get the staples out--so for a first time I will miss even the tv broadcast of Rememberence day services. Have a good day and I hope you stay dry,

Hello Ed, we are once again at each ohers gate. I always insisted that the school paid respect for Remberance Day on the 11th hour. We hired a bugle player to play the Last Post and the Reverlery. (sp?) I am ready for bed. At the 11th hour the students would gather in the courtyard and respect the minutes silence despite it being their playtime. I wonder if they still do it? I certainly will.

Hello Ed, dinner done. It was ok. Cats inside. Raining outside again. I will soon be in bed with a book. Gardener coming tomorrow hopefully to deal with all the Spring weeds. Wishing you a great day.

Hello Ed, it has been the usual busy Monday here. Coffee Club in the morning and OP shop this afternoon. The 'No donations' sign was out again. In the back room we managed to get through a lot so the sign will come down.  Enjoy your new day.

Splashed-- It is winter outside this morning. The forecast was right for a change and it is snoowing so that I can't see anything. The roads are still bare but fast disappearing. My Sunday entertain ment will be waiting the drivers on the hill for the first ssnow of winter. I am glad you sort of enjoyed the day in the wilderness,yes the cell phones occupy everything,if they are not ringing some one is looking something up. In a bit of a rush this morning as waiting for daughter to phone and we may go the few blocks to the grocery store shortly. Have agood day.

Hello Ed, that was a good plan to set up darts with Tom and have a trophy as a reward. I guess that he likes a challenge and whilst you are playing there may be some communication. At least he is connecting with you. Re. Tracey and panic attacks. She really should go to a proffessional about that. She is trying to cope with so much on her own. I know that she has you and clearly wants to be with you however as a parent we can only support and guide our children and not always solve their problems as much as we would wish to. Perhaps guide them to experts?
Like you I am not coping with the time change. I spent many hours sorting out art supplies and then in the garden weeding etc. When I came back inside it was already 7 p.m. and still daylight. Made dinner and now it is a late night for me.  Good Grief it is nearly 9 p.m. I will soon be in bed. Wishing you a great day.

Morning splash--It is sunny and cold for now but storm warning out for tomorrow and a good amount of snow--we shall see because at this time of year it could just be cold rain. That was nice that you managed to get most all things done and without a lotof hassle. I have some bonds that matured the end of Oct.--had a metting planned but surgery interferred so got an e-mail yesterday and he is going to do it over the phone next week. I am doing okay,just get tired out quickly but slowly we are getting back to some sort of normal. Weather permitting I may go get my own groceries tomorrow with daughter and SIL but not going out if its snowing as the walker never wants to go straight. Have agood day
