Hello Ed, that was a good plan to set up darts with Tom and have a trophy as a reward. I guess that he likes a challenge and whilst you are playing there may be some communication. At least he is connecting with you. Re. Tracey and panic attacks. She really should go to a proffessional about that. She is trying to cope with so much on her own. I know that she has you and clearly wants to be with you however as a parent we can only support and guide our children and not always solve their problems as much as we would wish to. Perhaps guide them to experts?
Like you I am not coping with the time change. I spent many hours sorting out art supplies and then in the garden weeding etc. When I came back inside it was already 7 p.m. and still daylight. Made dinner and now it is a late night for me.  Good Grief it is nearly 9 p.m. I will soon be in bed. Wishing you a great day.

Morning splash--It is sunny and cold for now but storm warning out for tomorrow and a good amount of snow--we shall see because at this time of year it could just be cold rain. That was nice that you managed to get most all things done and without a lotof hassle. I have some bonds that matured the end of Oct.--had a metting planned but surgery interferred so got an e-mail yesterday and he is going to do it over the phone next week. I am doing okay, just get tired out quickly but slowly we are getting back to some sort of normal. Weather permitting I may go get my own groceries tomorrow with daughter and SIL but not going out if its snowing as the walker never wants to go straight. Have agood day

Hello Ed, Earls Court makes sense as that was  where lots of Aussies ended up in London. Enjoy your time in the Outback. I hope that Tom makes an appearance for his special day.  I am tired after my adventures today traipsing up and down the street in the rain checking the house. I was so worried about the open door. Now I will soon be in bed ith a book. Safe travels home.

Hello ED, TY for the mouse. Your Irish friend may have been called 'Digger' for another reason. Digger was a name for ANZAC soldiers. Australia and New Zealand. The police just kindly knocked on my door to let me know that they had inspected the house and now the door is now pulled shut. No break in. They apologised for taking so long as they are short staffed. I responded by saying that I understand as our current Government is not supporting them. They both gave me a small smile of knowing. I also told them that I totally support the Police and mentioned Hope and her husband in NSW. All is well that ends well.

Hello ED, I am sure that you made that lady's day. Strange thing here. My neighbour rang earlier and told me that her son's friend had noticed another neighbours front door wide open and he felt it was like that yesterday. It is a holiday house. She wondered if I knew there phone number. She also said that she was away from home. So I went to have a look and yes it was wide open. I knocked but could tell the house was empty. Stepped inside a little and everything seemed undisturbed. I didn't want to go too far inside so went back home and called the police. I didn't pull the door shut so the police could enter. An hour ago they still had not been there. I will go and check again soon. Strange.
