Morning splash-- pygmy mouse ty It is starting off at 16 and nice and sunny. Well as usual things are not simple--the vascular surgeon is not happy with the ultra sound done locally sooff I got to Kitchener and the vascular clinis for an ultra sound(the good thig is they are not invasive but just a nuisense) I also have new dressing and it is going to be done Mon,Wed and Fri so I am tied down again and got back in a month. Now onocology--my doctor is back--she wants a new CT scan so that is schedules for later in Aug. and I found a leision on the side of my nose(mentioned it to other but nothing ever done) so I am waiting for a referal toa doctor to deal with that.I other words I  am going to be busy again.I am glad to hear that Sausage tried to ease things for you even if it didn't work(maybe  if they are really needed  a doctor can order blood tests as they can tell a lot os things from one of those(that is why I do bloodwork before any CT as my kidneys are a little dicey from when I did the immune therapy) I will wish you a good day and good luck with everything

Hello Ed, dinner now done. I was interested in your question re. why does the word 'whipping'  have an 'h' in it. After dinner I looked into my books but could not quickly find the answer. So I googled it because I was curious as well. Google told me that the 'h' in whisper dates back to Old English, circa 450 - 1150 A.D. Related to a distinct breathy sound. Google told me more. Facinating! I can hear it in whisper but not in whisky. And before I go to bed, what about the word 'whole.'?  Mungo really wants to go to bed as I do. HUGS!

Hello Ed, I did have a chuckle at you remembering that I do not like the over use of the word 'very'. Silly pedantic me! Something I should get over! I didn't go to art group today as when I went for my morning coffee it was raining. I drove to the coffee shop around the corner. I decided not to drive to Sorrento in the rain. However I have been productive at home doing laundry and more clearing. I now have 2 bags of children's books to take to the Op shop on Friday. I still do not know what to do with the Doll's House and furniture. It is now in my lounge room near my front door waiting or me to decide! Re. Sandra and the urine test hopefully Tracey will be able to assist??? Hugs

Hello Ed, well done you getting the doctor thing sorted. I guess that one of your daughters has to help Sandra actually do the urine test. Tricky! You certainly do need help looking after Sandra. You have done your best as a loving husband. It is time for your children to step in. Also you may need a family conference so that everyone is on the same page in terms of how to help you and Sandra. That is what we did to help Mum out with Dad and now doing it with respect to Mum's needs. Please ALWAYS feel free to share your problems with me. That's what friends are for! HUGS

Morning splash--it is another bright sunny morning starting off at 12. We got to24 yesterday so maybe another one again today. So sad to hear about Sandra and wanting to go home--but where is home. Where she grew up or what. You will have your hands full if she ever decides to go on her own. I don't know if a urine test will solve a lot but they can get a lot of results with one testIts getting to the point by the sound of it that you cannot do this alone --you need help and a lot of it,so far she is just packed and wanting to go but she hasn't decided to go when your back is turned. Off up to the hospital again this morning for the vascular surgeon and then hopefully I can stay home until later next month ,but it is eyes then. Have a good day

Hello Ed, TY for the Mallard and Ruby seed. Oh dear Sandra has packed again and wants to go home. Just an idea.... Have you asked Sandra where home is? You will be thinking of where you live but Sandra may have another home in mind. Perhaps her childhood home??? If she packs again wanting to go home, perhaps you could tap your head and say something like, "Oh silly me I have forgotten the address. What is it?" Hopefully her answer will tell you where she thinks home is. I am sure that I told you about the time that Dad was advising me about buying a boat and I just went along with it and asked him questions about the boat he had in mind for me. Morning splash--field mouse ty. It is  a sunny morning and 15 to begin so maybe we can have some good weather for a bit. I hope your days can be nice and quiet and uneventful but I am afraid  it is only the beginning of the daily problems.
I did have a nice surprise yesterday--Ryley came over to deliver some margerine that his mom wanted me to try and stayed for a nice visit. The only problem there is they don't eat until later so it was 4:30 going on 5 when he got here and my supper time is usually around 5 so I got some over done chicken got my supper--not too bad in that there was lots of liquid in the pan so it wasn't dry.I hope your trip totown goes well and like I say time to get the kids involved so eveerything is not all on you shouldars(maybe including Olivia!!)
