Morning splash-- It is another nice day --we have gone straight to summer--yesterday was sunny and 33 and so far this morning we are sunny and beginning the day at 20. I have to trudge up to the hospital this morning for blood testsand a CT scan--sort of a routine one but like always a little nervous that something may have changed(and not  for the good) Have a good groceryshop and if it keeps Sanadra happy browsing through the clothes--thats a good thing. Have a good day

Hello Ed, re. Indigneous art. They are not racist but just believe that only Indigneous people can do that certain art style. Strange thing is that one of my ancestors on my mother's side certainly looks Aboriginal. I will have to do a deep dive back into the family history that my cousin has created. Not tonight as I am will soon be in bed reading a book. Enjoy your day!

Hello Ed, I did tour on canal boats in Amsterdam and Venice. I paid all of my bill today. Boring. I have spent a lot of the afternoon sorting out Mum's art school bag as she has given most of it back to me. Mum i keeping the watercolour pencils and a colouring book. Then I tried to think about what I will do tomorrow in Art group. Decided on completing a small water colour painting of an Irish sea town. It is not brilliant but deserves more attention. The art that I would really like to do is the indigneous art. But people frown on a white person doing it. However that art speaks to me. Well I am going to reheat last nights leftovers now for dinner. Enjoy your day.

Hello ED, TY for the Bee Eater. Yesterday I finished reading 'Small Things Like These." by Claire Keegan. Set in Ireland. I really do think that you will love the main charcter Bill Furlong. Just letting you know.

Morning splash--chaffinch ty It is another lovely sunny warm morning but severe storm warnings are out and temperatures are to fall so says the forecast but time will tell. Not going anywhere today as everything  is closed for the holiday. So no babysitting the cats this time--thats good as it was getting too much trying to do you own stuff and having the whole household routine upset. Yes that was interesting golf yesterday--seems the slow patient ones went ahead but the ones trying to overpower the ball seemed to fall back ot at the very least go up and down the leader board. It is nice to get some new names  and to see Thomas do well and stay there for a change. Have a good day.

Hello Ed, it seems that I passed my move goal. 5 minutes of walking around the house picking up things as I briskly walked, Swinging my arms. I think that my cats think that I am CRAZY! Well I managed to clear a number of craft baskets from the lounge room. Grandaughter Arja and her family want to come here for the long Queen's Birthday Weekend. Arja tells me that my Great Grandçhildren have been asking to çome here again. Something to look forward to! YAY!

Hello Ed, re. jigsaws, although not my official area, when they come in I count the children's puzzles but anything over 100 pieces I will now put a low price on them. 'As Is. $2. 'Therefore no room for complaint.  We do have have a few puzzles still securely wrapped in their boxes and I mark them higher. Haha my watch has told me to take a brisk 5 minute walk. I will get back to you after the walk.

Hello Ed, you seem to be doing a great job dealing with meals and clearing out a freezer. I had my usual busy Monday starting with the Coffee Club then in the afternoon working at the oppie. They have decided that we have far too many games and jigsaws in the back room. I agree as they are over priced. Told the manager that and she said just reduce the prices. Games and Jigsaws are not really my area however they are taking up a lot of the small back room that I also share with the large bags of clothes to be recycled. So I tackled some of them. I did think of you want jigsaws for Sandra. I also pointed out the growing amount of recipe books in the back room and reminded her that I had suggested weeks ago to have a huge sale of the books but was knocked back. When she saw the back room pile she told me to reduce the costs of the books. YAY! Enjoy your new day!

Morning splash-- mallard  and pink ty. It is a lovely sunny day and getting quite warm so I may even get to go outside for a bit but not long enough to miss the golf. We will see how things go with the golf as that course seems to be able to swallow some golfers that have got to the top. The course looks innocent enough but betweem the wind and the funny  lumps and humps on it seen a lot of golfers rise and fall. I guess I was tired last night because even though I was awake at 5 was able to go back to sleep until almost nine. Now just a few little things and I am free to do as I please(bought some steak last night so will have that for supper. Its a very hard thing for people to accept and deal with when a loved one is not them self anymore and people react differently.Patience seems to be the best route but that is hard to do/ I hope you can have a good day.
