Morning splaash-- a little dull and decent temperatures today. We got some heavy rains but never heard a thing but I guess dull day and I will have to get at some cleaning as apparently the switch of kitchen table and chairs may be later tomorrow,I keep trying to do things but it seems one step forward and 2 steps back in here lately. The leak under the kitchen sink is not there now unless I fill both sinks and then the pressure pushes out water. But he tightened everything and if it leaks again then he will order new stuff. Service has been great and both the guys that came played with Sagwa for a good while so --happy cat. Kevin is off down to the garage at the farm as its much easier to lay on concrete that a gravel driveway in the rain. I think that this is new to them with you having to take charge as sometimes we don't see what is right in front of us until all of a sudden it is a proble--I am sure things will ease off and soon Sausage will be busy with a baby.Hang in there as things could get worse and probably some days will be. Have a good day. I have been flipping between the mens(yes Sheffler is there) and the womens US Open.

Hello ED, no the children do not wake me early, they are respectfully quiet in the morning. I usually wake with the rising sun so there is no clash. They do peep in as my bedroom door is open for the cats. I am usually awake but pretend to be asleep until I am ready to get up. You certainly do need a light read. I have just started a funny one by Sue Townsend. Years ago she wrote a book, 'The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole.' It is about a young boy reaching puberty and was quite funny. Set in England. She has written quite a few about Adrian Mole as he grew up. All in diary form. If you haven't read the first one I suggest that you do if you can find a copy. Also read 'The Prostrate Years." Sue Townsend also wrote a funny novel about H. M and Prince Phillip having to move into a council estate. If have forgotten why. However a light hearted read. Arja and her family have just left for a walk to the back beach so I have taken this moment to play here. Enjoy your day.

splashed-- field mouse ty Yesterday was not a bad day but very long. Did get my laundrey all done and dried and put away. Ran into the guy from the office so didn't have to go looking for him--he said he would be up later. Well turned out later was after 5 when the office closed but he thinks he saw the leak under my sink and will send the guy up today to fix it'(the leak was not bad but as I said better to nail it now rather than have a flood.)I will work around the apartment today and hope all get done. Yes the world of the house wife is not all so easy--over time we learn when to take a chance of hanging out washing and the list for groceries becomes automatic in time--much easier to do it alone though as you don't get any extra I wants. You will get good at that chore over time. Another hot sunny day--we are starting at 21 and will be going for the 30. Have a good day.

Morning splash-- I am up early and off to the laundry room to try and get that out of the way and also needd to catch the guy in the office as I discovered water under my sink last night. I have everything uunder the sink in plastic bins so not a big mess but the one bin has water in it so there is a leak under there somewhere. I can see where others maybe create a problem for Sandra in the way they go about talking to her now that she would feel bullied but we don't want you down too because you exhaust yourself. No more lectures as that would become tiresome and I really have no experience with dealing with that problem(only   what I observe around me) It is a nice sunny morning startoff at 11 but could be the hotest day yet. Hope you can get out for a visit to the cafe and have a good day

Hello Ed, TY for the Peace Dove and Sunlight seed. The family photos are a great idea. They might spark conversations that will interest Sandra. I messaged Arja and told her about the terrible weather and she messaged back saying that she wasn't bothered. They left at 6 pm so may arrive sometime after 9. She told me to go to bed. But I honestly cannot until I hear them drive in. Arja's name is not easy to spell as the J has a 'shu' sound. I think that it might be middle eastern but not sure. I will have to look it up. Have a good day!

Hello Ed, I guess that it is all unknown territory for Talia and Hayley re. knowing how to speak to Sandra. I understand them wanting to speak about Sausages baby, However that is something that is going to happen in the future and I am fairly sure that Sandra doesn't understand that. Perhaps if they ask questions about the past like you do, then they might raise Sandra's interest. It is poring down here and the wind is ferocious.  I am worried about Arja driving at night through this. I will text her. Enjoy your new day.
