Hello Ed, I won't spoil it for you however the Collingwood game ended 1 point the difference. I was on the edge of my seat. You will know how I felt if you get to watch it. Apart from the match I have been having a quiet day at home. Domestic chores etc. Finished the Osman book and loved it. I have started reading a novel based on true facts re. WW2. Not sure that you would enjoy it. If indeed the word 'enjoy' is applicable. Has Tracey collected the cats? I have also been reading up on Bengal cats as Mindy is part Bengal. She certainly fits the description. A wild cat crossed with a domestic cat. They are now banned from breeding in Australia. What have I taken on????

Hello ED, home again after a lovely evening. The meal was fantastic as was the company being Terase and Melanie her daughter. Then we went to Jane's house. Janet is David's sister and has a holiday house quite close to me. I see her often. Janet had her daughter and 2 of her teenage grandchildren staying with her. A lovely catch up. Now I am home and thinking of bed. Oh. whe I went to Mum's I forgot to ask about the knitting machine. I kept thinking that I had a question for her but it didn't come to me. I will ask her when I phone her. I have now made a note for myself. That was brave of you pulling the cat back inside by the tail. TY for telling me about Diane's reason for freezing. That certainly put my mind at rest. Enjoy your day.

Hello ED, I home again after spending a lovely couple of hours with Mum. I will soon be going out to dinner with Terase and Janet. I am a it worried about Diane as her garden was frozen 16 hours ago and now Kevin has frozen his. Most unusual for Diane's garden to be frozen. Fairly sure that Kevin will let us know if anything is wrong. I can't help but worry about our old friends on F.B. when they go quiet without saying why. On a lighter note Collingwood plays Sunday. Morning splash--p p-ty It is a lovely morning ,sunshine and blue skies and no humidity so for a day or so we can breathe. I didn't watch the golf but did catch the recap and maybe it will be interesting to watch on the weekend., although like you don't watch tv much through the day, Busy day for me today-- Sagwas groomer is going to try his nails and then Kevin will be over and we have to running around to do. Check up with eye doctor went fine and don't go back for 4 months. I am going to freeze my garden until I can get my new glasses--so probably a week. Have a good day and take care.

Hello ED TY for the mouse and PD. I have to admit to bringing 2 books home. One a big book about domestic cats and the other a novel set in WW2. I did take one of my doll collection to the shop, a vintage small one. Not a childhood doll. I must have collected it at some point? In the back room asking for advice about pricing and I was sent to Cheryl at the register as she used to take care of toys. A lady was watching as we were discussing this and then said whatever you decide on I will buy it. Neither Cheryl or I could come up with a price so I said to the lady what will you offer? $10:00. I said sold. Fairly sure that she got a bargain. Then we chatted and she told me that she a doll collector.  I told her about my vintage and antique dolls. She was quite interested.
You certainly seem to keep busy doing chores and repairing things. It was a lovely day here however more rain coming so I am not getting excited just enjoying the sunshine and no wind for the moment. Busy ay tomorrow as I m visiting Mum and then in the evening going out for dinner at the R.S.L with Terase and Janet. Now I am thinking bed. Enjoy your day.
