Morning splash--p p-ty It is a lovely morning ,sunshine and blue skies and no humidity so for a day or so we can breathe. I didn't watch the golf but did catch the recap and maybe it will be interesting to watch on the weekend., although like you don't watch tv much through the day, Busy day for me today-- Sagwas groomer is going to try his nails and then Kevin will be over and we have to running around to do. Check up with eye doctor went fine and don't go back for 4 months. I am going to freeze my garden until I can get my new glasses--so probably a week. Have a good day and take care.

Hello ED TY for the mouse and PD. I have to admit to bringing 2 books home. One a big book about domestic cats and the other a novel set in WW2. I did take one of my doll collection to the shop, a vintage small one. Not a childhood doll. I must have collected it at some point? In the back room asking for advice about pricing and I was sent to Cheryl at the register as she used to take care of toys. A lady was watching as we were discussing this and then said whatever you decide on I will buy it. Neither Cheryl or I could come up with a price so I said to the lady what will you offer? $10:00. I said sold. Fairly sure that she got a bargain. Then we chatted and she told me that she a doll collector.  I told her about my vintage and antique dolls. She was quite interested.
You certainly seem to keep busy doing chores and repairing things. It was a lovely day here however more rain coming so I am not getting excited just enjoying the sunshine and no wind for the moment. Busy ay tomorrow as I m visiting Mum and then in the evening going out for dinner at the R.S.L with Terase and Janet. Now I am thinking bed. Enjoy your day.

Hello Ed, I heard today that the U.K government want to lower the voting age to 16. I think that is crazy. In all of my years parenting and teaching I have never met a 16y.o. who knows anything about politics. They just mimic what they hear at home and from school teachers with no real understanding. I guess the your Governement is chasing the Left and Green vote because that is how 16 y.olds will vote. Another busy day at the OP shop for me. Enjoy your day.

All done, Tasha was in there a long time.  She came out with pictures of her intestines.  They are very inflamed. She can expect a phone call from her consultant.
I hope you have had a good day. Little bit of rain here. Not much. I bought Jim a cast iron rain gauge for his birthday.  He keeps nipping out to check it.

splashed--p-p ty There is a nice breeze coming in the window at the moment but I am up early . Have to go for my 6 month checkup with the opthomologist. Sky looks a little iffy this morning but won't hold my breath as don't expect there is much water in them. Took some garbage down about 1:30 yester but there was no one down ,so went and sat outside. One of the ladies who had been away came home and as soon as she emptied her wagon load,caame and sat out too. There is really no way to predict the size a baby will be until it gets here,--I am not real big but all mine were between 7-8 lbs but I have seen tiny ladies have the 10 and up babies.(Scott was only 7-12 but he was 25 inches long so a lot of clothes never fit him at the beginning.Got to keep moving here--have a good day.

Me again before bed. Steiner / Waldorf schools teach all children many crafts in their primary /elementary years. As well as spelling, writing, maths, science, geography and history. That is I Ioved teaching there! And yes I do miss it. Now it is REALLY time for bed. Enjoy your day.

Hello and almost Goodnight ED, yes that kind of Doll's House is not for children. However some grownups love them. Dinner now done and I am off to bed to continue reading my book and snuggle down. Mindy as usual has taken over the comfy chair in the Library. Do you still have your guests?
