Morning I too am up in the dark and before the dawn but want to get the basket of laundry cleared away so up to try and get that done. Yes it was really nice to have Ry come over and help me--we also got to have a nice visit and talk. Just the laundry today and then I should be able to relax. Tomorrow is the clam chowder and Kevin will be here later to help  So maybe I will make it through everything and arrive at Christmas in sort of a sane way. Christmas  day we will not have Jess as she is at her boyfrriends but they will be here for Family Christmas. Have a good day

Hello Ed, I had to go to Rosebud today and like you found the shops manic. Finished my shopping for gifts. Now wrapped. We put the tree up this afternoon. Jesse pulled it over not long after. Crazy! Then he removed a lot of baubles, broke many. Shannon and Amira are constantly trying to stop him from being destructive. They are exhausted as I am. I love him however he is like a tornado in the house.

Splashed--It is a -8 sparkely morning here and I will have company today. Not really company but Ryley is going to come over and help me clean/ The vaccuum has got to heavy for me to lug around and its suction is so good its hard to push it on the carpet. So once again I have grandkids coming to help. Still chilly in here and got the heaters going--the new owners really haven't had a chance to get in here yet but we shall see as they don't buy these places to loose money but on the other hand they should work and keeping the tenents happy or that could turn into a headache too. Hello ED, Jesse came home with a toy drum from the shop. He loves drumming and often asks to play my drums. I don't have a, drum kit just various hand drums. The one I love most is  the North American drum that I actually made. That is a story in itself for another day. Jesse did well at the resturant. No screen time. He is now going to bed and I will soon follow.

Hello ED, TY for the Peace Dove and Sunlight seed. It was a busy day today. Started with the Monday Morning Coffee Club. The playing with Jesse until I went to work at the OP shop. Jesse and his parents visited me there and I took Jesse into the back rooms to meet my friends. He loved seeing where I work. My friends loved him. Then this evening we went to dinner at the R.S.L. to meet up with Terase and Melanie. (Boat shed owners). We had a lovely evening together. Now home and Jesse is having his usual late night bath. Enjoy your day.

Hopefully I am on the home stretch now--just  checked and the pork has set up with the natural geletan but just to be safe I think I will put in a package when I heat it back up/. Got some suprise mail  stuck in my door yesterday--the buildings are sold and the new owners took over Dec. 18 so now just hope they are on the ball and we get some things working around here. The list of things to be worked on is the heating and they plan to do a lot of other things also. the staff will be living on site. Off to begin my pie making--one thing I still know how to do.

Hello Ed, the visit to Mum's went well although we were only there for an hour. Jesse was full of excitment and wanted to explore/ destroy everything. He really is over the top. No toys there to distract him. Amira mentioned today that she thinks he is ADHD. I didn't say anything however I also think that he is. She told me that her brother is and now his young daughter could be. Shannon asked is it hereditry. I nodded yes. I am not qualified to make a diagnosis however having taught children on the spectrum I believe that he is on it. His weird daily hours do not help. 10 to 10 p.m. and he is still in the bath.
