Hello Ed I was writing to you and pressed the wrong button. Lost it all.Mum played Boccee today. Lynne may be here for a week or so. We may get to dance. You asked me how I got onto F/L. I think that it was due to a friend of Lynne's? It was 16 years ago now. I do recall one night when I saw a message from Bonnie and she was worried about a storm as she was on her own. I wrote back and we started writing to each other as we found common ground. I think I got to know you through Bonnie? Sadly Bonnie seems to have past. I do enjoy our chats. We have shared so much over the years and may it well long continue. Even though I have never acually met you, I consider you a dear friend of mine. Now once again sitting outside listening to the surf the sky is turning red. Red sky at night, shepherd's delight. I will soon be in bed. Enjoy your day. And thank you for being my friend.

Hello ED, TY for the mouse. I didn't get to Mum's today as I was a bit slow starting. That usually happens after working at the Op shop. Mum is OK with me coming tomorrow. I decided that I really need to prepare for Lynne's arrival on Monday so I have been cleaning my kitchen stove top and other chores. I am glad that I did not grow up in PNG as I would have seriously missed my wonderful extended family. My Grandparents in particular. And I would never have met Lynne, David or Brian. I am happy with how my life turned out. Now I will go and cut Agapanther flowers from my drive way getting ready for Lynne's bus. Enjoy your new day.

Morning splash--pygmy mouse ty/ It is a nice bright sunny morning and the temperature is -20 this morning so glad I don't have to go out. I am sure with alll things we like it better when we know what we are doing and having some success at it. Friday so try to clean things up so I get the weekend and busy day anyway. My nurse of course will be here(now that we have out Tues and Fri appointments and also if she can get to everyone,Sagwa's groomer is going to try to get here. I will be glad of that as my leg is a whole mess of pin pricks from where Sagwa puts his front  paws  when he want my attention. Have a good Friday--the golf is okay but I have curling on so will probably watch it for the weekend.

Hello Ed, PaPa Paull never spoke about his time in the PNG. Dad loved his time there and seiously wanted to manage a coffee plantation, he had had an offer. Mum's family were totally against it and it didn't happen. I always wonder what it would have been like growing up there. Lynne and I go way back. I met her when I was 16. We instantly connected and have remained friends ever since. Our children are close friends. Yes, she drives me nuts with her conspricy theories however I love her dearly. I well remember the day that I told her that I was planning to apply for Uni re. teaching. "Lynne you have always wanted to teach P.E. We should both apply." And we did. Lynne majored in P.E and I majored in Literacy. And we both majored in Art. And as we were both interested in Steiner / Waldorf teaching that was where we ended up. Apologies for the long story. I will soon be in bed and planning to visit Mum tomorrow.

Hello Ed, TY for the White Mouse. Lynne will arrive on Monday with her bus and 3 cats. I am sure that Lynne will enjoy dancing with me at Tom Katz. Lynne also being a former Steiner / Waldorf school teacher is definately into art and creating her own. She creates lovely paintings of birds. She also creates beautiful bird paintings on white shirts. Now I must go and prepare my dinner. Enjoy your day.

Hello ED, TY for the Mallard. My Grandfather, Arthur Paull fourght in PNG. He was a gunner. Dad served there after WW2 in the Navy. It was part of the clean up operation. OP shop today and there was a stack of donated books and DVD's. Managed to shelve a lot of them. Another hot day here. I hope that youndo not feel too ragged this morning. Hugs.

Morning splash--- It is sunny and -15 again but there must not be the wind as its almost warm in here this morning.Tea was rather funny yesterday--we had a few guys from the company I think work on the books in there so although they didn't really join us they were served a pot of tea and did enter the conversation at times(that must have made their day all the old women gossiping!!)It would be nice to be able to shop when it is quiet and not busy. Some jobs to be done this morning and maybe a floor or two so that will warm me up. Glad you got your loyalty points back--have a good day

Hello ED, TY for the White Mouse. Re, Poo balls there were some issues regarding sewerage going into the beaches. Happily not here. It is good that you worked out a quieter day for shopping. As you know it is not my favourite thing to do. The tourisrs have all gone home now. My friend, Lynne is planning to bring her bus and cats here on Monday. I look forward to seeing her. Hopefully she will come to my Art group on Wednesday. I told her to pack art materials. She may even be here next Sunday so we will definately go to Tom Katz in Sorrento. Haha 2 old Go Go Girls there! I will dance again. Now it is it is really time for me to o to bed. Enjoy your new day.
