Morning splash--It is sunny this morning so hope it will be a nice day even if I am not going out in it. Laundry day finally I can get at it!!. The CT scan weent really smoothly with no problems at all. The nurse got the IV in first go but we really took the time to prep. for it but wrapping my arms in the hhheated blanket and using the little machine to see exactly where the veins were.  Got home  in good time but not enough to do laundry--so puttered until time for Kevin to get off and then off we went. Got everything I needed and then it was home and relax and have some supper, It is so nice to have someone to talk to besides a cat. As you say the bedroom is a softer landing but it is still a fall and it upsets everything and then you are over aware and on gaurd all the time. I hope the doctor  can help with everything and maybe you can have amore normal existance. Have a good dazy and I hope it goes well(probably with the dog coming it will be good--they just are there and not telling you what,when and were to do things_

Hello Ed, dinner done, cats inside and it is raining here. Winter seems to have arrived. I even wore my eskimo coat this morning for my walk for coffee. I will soon be in bed. Enjoy Hayley's visit.

Good morning splash-- the sun is up but we are still a little chilly at 13 I amup and moving this morning because have to be at the hospital before 10:30 for the CT scan. What a mess-- I finally got a nurse and good thing she was a take control if the situation. I have coban back on my leg properly and with no pain now.she also canceled the appointment for today and will start again on Monday. Told me if it ever happens again just cut off the coban(not an easy job for me as eveery thing is upside down) I know they have said that but then I get someone who wants to be important and its the wrong thing. It does ease my schedule today at least as I don't have to try and fit in a nurse and can just do the early morning and then be off with Kevin this afternoon to do what I have to. I have heard that people with the dementia or other things do not want to be told--suggestion fine but we get very  defensive when ordered. Have a good day and I hope it goes smoothly and with no problems.

Hello Ed, I haven't been watching the news etc. during Lynne's visit. I am reading, 'Once There Were Wolves.' by Charlotte McConaghy. A novel about the reintroduction of wolves in Scotland to preserve the forests. I don't think that you would like it. It is a dark novel. I will finish it this weekend and the look for a lighter book. Bed time now!
