Good morning splash--mallard ty It is a sunny morning again and we are starting at 16 so should warm up nicely. No problem I quite often read what Dianne has written anyway but this was I wasn't being a snoop. I am glad you have found some thiings that sort of give you a break from the worrying parts of Sandras days. It can get a little sad at time--I had an old neighbour that developed altzimers  fairly quickly and had to be put in a home but it had locked doors as patients were wont to roam and go for walks to unknown places--but I know whe said to her husband the one time--"What have I done wrong that I have to be locked up" Do you have a doctors appointmennt for Sandra or is it just walk in.Might be a good idea to at least get her in the system and they should have lots of help and ways of copeing. Have a good Monday.

Hello Ed I came home this afternoon and was surprised and a little worried  that you had not written to me. Now I know that you did and sent it to Diane. Easy to do. Re. mouse plagues. The mice, rats and rabbits came out here on the First Fleet. They are not native animals. As my dear cats are also not native animals. And re. the flag, this issue arises every now and again. People want to remove the British flag from the Australian one. I don't think that it will happen. I haven't actually heard about either issue recently. Most likely the removal of the British flag has come up due to the Royal Birthday Long weekend. Haha! I am sure that the people raising the issue will still enjoy the long weekend. My day started with walking to the Corner shop for Monday Morning Coffee Club. As usual it was a lovely social time and the weather was mild. Then I worked at the Oppie. Managed to shelve many books. Still trying to work out what to do with large amount of cooking books. Around 3:30 I looked outside and the rain was being driven in by a bay wind. We all rushed outside to rescue the stock under our verandah. The rain was torrential and has remained so. No sitting outside tonight as the rain is still being blown in. I hoope that you have a good day. I will soon be in bed with a book and no doubt 2 cats.

Good morning splash--The sun is up again and we are starting at 16 so maybe I can get around to sitting outside for a bit . But probably not as I forgot some bananas on the counter so have to make some banana loaf,I have to figure out what I want to eat, which lately seems to be a problem as by the end of the day not much appeals to me It seems you are getting better at reading Sandra's moods and then you can have good days(guess if she is talking about the other Ed you will find out what you did right all these years!!) Hopefully they can figure out something so the load does not fall on your shoulders alone. Have a good day.
Sagwa is now sound asleep in front of me!!

Hello Ed, TY for the Peace Dove. I run the dishwasher every 3 or 4 days except when I have family staying here, then it is usually everyday. Re. Debra Byrne. I still have the dress. I am thinking about donating it to the Melbourne Museum of Performing Arts. I lost contact with her over the years but have recently become friends with her on F/B. She was a big star here starting her singing career on a local TV show, 'Young Talent Time.' as a teenager. She went onto greater fame due to her amazing voice. In my opinion her greatest performances was in the musical 'Cats.' She played Grisabella and I think that her rendention of the song Memories is the best ever. We all loved her here in Australia. Sadly she has had a troubled life after all her fame and is now trying to rise above it. I think that I will now google her act in Cats. and then go to bed to continue reading my book. Wishing you a good day. HUGS

Hello Ed, TY for the Yellow Wagtail. It will be great to hear from Evelyn again. How do you contact her? Did Kevin send you his input into our English spelling chats? Bow, bough etc. It is just going 5 p.m. here and night is now falling. I had to rush to put the bins out. And it is too cold to sit outside listening to the surf. The only water noise I can hear is from the dishwasher. Wishing you a good day!
