Good morning splash

Morning splash--the weather has settled down for a bit now.we are clear and -6 this morning.I did well with the exchange of clothes-- ended up with a pair of pants that will go over the leg and 2 new tops and while I was at it because they had Sagwa's brand of wet food on sale--I topped up his supply. On to the grocery store where they had romaine  on sale so now I can have a salad. Mortgage my kids and grandkids and bought a pound of ground beef as I haven't had any of it for a bit. Junior hockey is now on to the Semi finals-- Canada iss to play the Checs and I think it is Finland and Sweden--winners will go on for the gold and silver ,losers battle for bonze (Canada beat the Slovacs 7-1 in quarterfinals)Even though I would  rather not will get all bundled up and take the garbage down . Have a good Sunday.

Morning splash--it is clear and -9 this morning and yes it feels cold to me too. I went to Scotland as my grandmothers travelling companion--she emigrated from Scotland when she was 18 .Didn't do a lot of sightseening worst luck as she went to visit people and it was mostly around Edinburgh--do remember it was cold and damp and the houses were cold too.I am hoping to get out to the storee today,exchange  a pair of pant and a top and maybe pick up some perishables then watch tv--It is coming up to the final in the world junior hockey(You won't get it at a deceent time because it is from the States this year. Canada has a clean record of all wins and is on to the semi finals. Have a good day

splashed-- white mouse ty. We are at minus 9 and no snow this morning(at least none coming down so maybe they can get some cleared)I have seen it get close to -30 here but generally the cold only reaches the -20's but then we have also had it warm enough for the flowers to start growing. I was going to have an outing today but don't know when a nurse is going to show up and daughter had a chance to go for her first pedicure. Now with the medicine she is on her psorisis has cleared so she is able to to a few of these kind of things and figure when she has the chance go for it. I have of course be to the states quite regularly and I have been to the Yukon and once to Scotland. I do like to travel(thats sort of a thing of the past now) but got very tied up going back and forth across Canada(haven't been the Newfoundland) I am going to have to have a wrestling match with the tree trying to separate the sections and get it bagged but that is the last of the decorations and they are all piled in my bedroom as no storage lockers yet.
