Hello ED, I had intended driving to Dandenong today to visit Mum however it was raining heavily so I will go tomorrow as I do not like driving in the rain. As it has turned out the sun is now shining. I will go and pull out a few weeds. Enjoy your day.

splashed--sun and going to  get hot again so will be glad of the golf on during the afternoon for something to watch.  Yesterday just before 3 daughter phoned,ten after 3 got the buzz for an incoming call.switch lines and it was Kevin on his way home. He had to do the deliveries down in Toronto yesterday,not too bad except for the traffic as the van had a/c,just as he got  to the store got another incoming call and there was Rhonda on her way home from work. Got to talk to 4 of my kids yesterday because they are all going to be away or busy on the weekend. That took care of the weather break on golf so then I was able to watch the rest of it. That course has some real good hills on it and some tricky hole,but as you say Shefler seemed to handle it alright but then a few rose above that but we will see how it goes today. I have good intentions this morning on getting some things done,so we shall see. Nurse at some point then I am free for the weekend. Have a good day

Hello Ed, yes Sarah is my daughter. Fancy Josh thinking that your house is full of boring people. I would have been tempted to say, "And here you are confirming it." By the way I do not think that you are boring. Home again after working in the shop. Happily the children's books have remained where I put them. Did I tell you that we had an earth tremor the other morning? I slept through it. Only woken by Mungo leaping out of bed I did wonder what caused him to do it. Enjoy your day.

When the children were little, I used to read them a story called Six Dinner Sid. It was about a cat that had six homes. I think Dr Watson is a six dinner sid.
Supposed to be hot today. My birthday. 66. Finally made state pension.  I was, apparently,  born on the hottest day of the year.
I am in my neices fantasy football league. I have no idea what I'm doing but it's fun to play. Gotta get through the season somehow.

MORNING SPLASH I is a nice morning 19,clean and sunny  but I don't know if its going to not heat up. Yesterday I did the laundry so by the time that was done and put away it was hot in here,so turned on the a/c ,fed Sagwa and got myself a cold drink daughter phoned so that was the end of my productivity. I seem to be always talking to my daughter but shortly when school goes back in she will be back at work and won't be able to phone me. I am glad I will have the golf this weekend as everyone is going away. Kevin is headed down the other side of Toronto towards the Quebec border to visit with a guy he was in the navy wit and daughter is off down to her other brothers to help with something. So is only me and the cat. See where Shefler got 5 million yesterday for being on top of the years golf(he is over 2,ooo point ahead and the best any one can get this weekend is 2,000 points ,so he wins.Hope there is some good golf.
