Good  morning--it is a bright sunny but cool morning at 10. The short notes are fine as we then know you are still with us.Are any of the kids stopping in to help or are you on your own. I am sure somehow you can work getting someone to assess things as I am sure somewhere there is help and you must accept it as we don't need you going off the deep end.Hope you make it to the groceery store--maybe the coffee and cakes will entice Sandra out. Hello Ed, TY for the Mallard. Just read an earlier  post of yours and believe me my step would have been "Where are you?" I did do a spot of gardening. Now night has fallen here and my phone tells me severe weather warning so I guess that more storms are coming. I hope that you can get Sandra to the doctors. Oh! and it would be lovely if you could have a holiday at Rye. I know that it really isn't on the cards but should and Sandra ever want to come here you would be most welcome. Enjoy your day.

Hello Ed, TY for the Chaffinch. That is sad that Olivia did not respond to your info re. Arsenal and yet reposted it. I know that it breaks your heart.
It seems that last night I slept through an earth tremor. Only found out about it when I went for my morning coffee. I had noticed that a few things had fallen over outside during the night but put it down to the high winds. Happily the wind has eased today. I will do a spot of gardening between showers. Good morning splash--mallard ty It is a sunny morning again and we are starting at 16 so should warm up nicely. No problem I quite often read what Dianne has written anyway but this was I wasn't being a snoop. I am glad you have found some thiings that sort of give you a break from the worrying parts of Sandras days. It can get a little sad at time--I had an old neighbour that developed altzimers  fairly quickly and had to be put in a home but it had locked doors as patients were wont to roam and go for walks to unknown places--but I know whe said to her husband the one time--"What have I done wrong that I have to be locked up" Do you have a doctors appointmennt for Sandra or is it just walk in.Might be a good idea to at least get her in the system and they should have lots of help and ways of copeing. Hello Ed I came home this afternoon and was surprised and a little worried  that you had not written to me. Now I know that you did and sent it to Diane. Easy to do. Re. mouse plagues. The mice, rats and rabbits came out here on the First Fleet. They are not native animals. As my dear cats are also not native animals. And re. the flag, this issue arises every now and again. People want to remove the British flag from the Australian one. I don't think that it will happen. I haven't actually heard about either issue recently. Most likely the removal of the British flag has come up due to the Royal Birthday Long weekend. Haha! I am sure that the people raising the issue will still enjoy the long weekend. My day started with walking to the Corner shop for Monday Morning Coffee Club. As usual it was a lovely social time and the weather was mild. Then I worked at the Oppie. Managed to shelve many books. Still trying to work out what to do with large amount of cooking books. Around 3:30 I looked outside and the rain was being driven in by a bay wind. We all rushed outside to rescue the stock under our verandah. The rain was torrential and has remained so. No sitting outside tonight as the rain is still being blown in. I hoope that you have a good day. I will soon be in bed with a book and no doubt 2 cats.
