Morning splash-- Bee eater. It is sunny and 10 this morning, so all the storms missed us. Rain last evening but not big winds or tornados here. Yesterday was a total frustration. I had to go up to the hospital for bloodwork and a CT scan--First it is the long way around because the bridge is closed for repairs,then when I do get in it took 3 nurses 5 tries to get the needle in so it worked right. With theses blood thinners I am on now,get the needle in and the vein  explodes and we have a big bruise form(I look like my arms where is some sort of a fight(big bruises) but got upstairs for my CT scan and because I have the IV needle in I got to jump the line. Done early .phone for a cab--takes forever to get there and then the driver didn't know the bridge was close and tried to go that way only to turn around and go the long way again. I was able to relax and get a few things done when I got home. Weather was into the 30's so after supper came the weather  warnings of rain,high winds and the chance of tornados--we only got a good rain!!!! Glad to hear the food shop went well.I guess you just have to be ready for what ever mood Sandra is in each day and maybe not offering to many choices is the best way to go. Hello Ed, dinner now done. It was ok. Too cold to go out on the porch tonight. I actually have my heating on. I will soon be in bed. My latest book not really gripping me. Today at art group I sat next to a younger woman who I have never connected with before and I am so happy that I did. She loves reading as much as i do. I over heard her telling another artist that she had just read 'Wild Dark Shore.' My ears pricked up as I have just recently read that book and loved it! And then a lot of people in the room became interested some making notes about the book. I also mentioned 'Small Things' So it seems that not only are we an art group, we also talk about books. I love it! NoW I REALLY must go to bed! Enjoy your day!

Hello Ed, TY for the mouse and Ruby seed. I am still not getting everyrhing on F/B however I seem to have found my way around it? I sat with the Doll's house and sorted a lot of things  and have just decided No I don't want it! So it is now ready to take to the Oppie on Monday when the toy lady is there. I  am now looking at the coffee table that it sat on in my Library. Lovely table however I do not need it. Something more to think about. Hmmm. Night is falling and my cats are ready to be inside. reheated left overs tonight. Enjoy your day!

Morning splash-- It is another nice day --we have gone straight to summer--yesterday was sunny and 33 and so far this morning we are sunny and beginning the day at 20. I have to trudge up to the hospital this morning for blood testsand a CT scan--sort of a routine one but like always a little nervous that something may have changed(and not  for the good) Have a good groceryshop and if it keeps Sanadra happy browsing through the clothes--thats a good thing. Hello Ed, re. Indigneous art. They are not racist but just believe that only Indigneous people can do that certain art style. Strange thing is that one of my ancestors on my mother's side certainly looks Aboriginal. I will have to do a deep dive back into the family history that my cousin has created. Hello Ed, I did tour on canal boats in Amsterdam and Venice. I paid all of my bill today. Boring. I have spent a lot of the afternoon sorting out Mum's art school bag as she has given most of it back to me. Mum i keeping the watercolour pencils and a colouring book. Then I tried to think about what I will do tomorrow in Art group. Decided on completing a small water colour painting of an Irish sea town. It is not brilliant but deserves more attention. The art that I would really like to do is the indigneous art. But people frown on a white person doing it. However that art speaks to me. Well I am going to reheat last nights leftovers now for dinner. Enjoy your day.
