Hello Ed, I stayed awake through Hard Quiz because I was eating dinner. Then I snuggled and watched the news. Fell asleep during a current affair programme and have just woken. After a little bit of F/D I will shortly snuggle in bed with my book. I hope that your visitors are behaving themselves. Mungo is already in my bed and Mindy asleep in the lounge room. You amaze me with your discipline to slow down your reading of a book that you are enjoying. I just keep reading until the end. Well I do have a LARGE pile of books to be read and came home today with another one. This one is fantasy fiction another genre that I enjoy. Mindy just came into my Library and was expecting to sit on my soft chair that I am currently sitting on. HAHA I got there first. Enjoy your day.

Hello ED,  I think that you would enjoy the Thursday Murder Club books. Not at all like the usual murder mystries. I know that you do not like Osman however if you could put that aside... They are quite funny. Set in a retirement village where 4 unlikely friends get together to form the club and try to solve old murder mysteries. The 1st is called "The Thursday Murder Club.' The second is 'The Man Who Died Twice.' I am now reading the 3rd. book and already loving it. Such quirky characters. Now it is time for me to get dinner readyand sit and watch Hard Quiz. One of the fountains (and solar leads and panel) have completely disappeared from my pond. I found two broken yesterday which Jim repaired.  I think its Foxes. They break my friend's solar lights.
Off to lunch with Jim's two sisters today. It's Jim's birthday tomorrow.

Lor watered the Pink Ribbon Plant, and spotted a Mallard feeding on the Veggies!

Morning splash-- It is dull and 23 and muggy this morning with chance of showers and just to add to it --there is poor air quality. Yes with cat you have to be tough in the beginning and start out as you mean to go. I always let Sagwa on my bed( got woke this morning with him doing head bumps. Started throwing down a few treats when I had to leave and go out,now there is a big furry thing sitting at the door and I don't get past without the treats. Nurse at some point today and I do have back up now that if the coban hurst,cut it off and my nurse will come round. No sure I would really be wanting good care with the nurse on the weekends but will have to admit Coban is a tricky thing to get on right--a very fine line of good or bad and its  probably not something alot of then do very often/ Have a good day with the cats for entertainment. Scottish open comes on here at 10am,yesterday got fed up with the coverage--a lot of favorites covered my no one else and was a constent ads.

Hello ED, TY for the mouse and Ruby seed. I am glad that Sausage has found another oulet for her cakes. I wonder if Tracey gets up during the night to feed that greedy cat?  I had to train Mindy to stop waking me in the middle of the night to go out. It took a bit of time however I persisted. I won. Perhaps if Sandra only gives the treat in a certain bowl and not carry them with her giving them freely? I am sure that Sandra wants the cat to feel comfortable and cats being cats will take advantage of that. Like you I loved that book.  I made a mini roast this evening and will have leftovers for the next few days. Now it is bedtime for me. I have just started another Osman book about the Thursday Murder Club and already finding it humorous. Enjoy your cooler day.

Hello ED, sorry that the cake stall did not do well and now you have more cake. Perhaps take some to the Charity store tomorrow? Fairly sure the staff will love it and love you. Rainy day here so I am working in my Library going through drawers and bookshelves to see what else I can part with. You asked earlier did Brian make his own frames. He made many of them out of wood. The far too heavy ones. He also had many framed at a framers. Much lighter. Enjoy your day with your visitors.
