We gather together in fairyland
For a very exceptional time
A tradition called Thanksgiving
And so this special rhyme
A holiday we love to show
In this land of the maple leaf
The bounty of our harvest
For the winter so we may feast
We bring our friends and family
To our cozy family abodes
We give our food to many
Who do not have a home
For in fairyland it seems to me
It’s Thanksgiving every day
For sharing and giving is what we do
At work or when we play
We offer the gift of friendship
We help each other grow
And for being part of this wonderful place
I thank you one and all
