OK, I'm pretty set for our Thanksgiving tomorrow and the next day.  (Different people coming at different times but totally doable.)
I made all my pie crusts this afternoon and they can rest in the fridge till tomorrow and I'll whip out my pies.  Stuffing is easy.  It's all easy as long as I stay organized.   LOL!
