Good morning Cheryl, we get financial reports and the budget....our dues are once a year, not monthly. There are lawyer fees too, everything is on the up and up and my husband was once the treasurer.....every dollar is noted...Eugene and our friends who are former board members checks out everything. The new BOD are clueless and they misinterpret the deed restrictions and regulations. We should be in receivership. More storms here this whole week. Shredders don't last long...we had to replace ours too....Eugene waits for pile too. Hope your day goes well.. happy new week x 😊
