Morning Cheryl. yes.. you are so right on all counts regarding the Vet industry, it applies to Human health care too.. The Scandanavian countries have free health care, vet care and child care and they save money by nipping things in the bud before it gets out of hand. Here we have a 2 tired system but hoping to get closer to the Scandanavian  system as Carny gets closer to EU away from the American capitalism I hope your Fur Baby soon gets the help she needs and they don't break your bank doing it.
